The Fidus Guarantee

All products carry a 3 month warranty from date of purchase. Our 3 month warranty covers:

Material Issues

Workmanship Issues

Defective Products (not damaged by humans)

Shipping related damages or issues

Accessories (broken straws and replacement lids)

Water Leak

If you experience a material or workmanship issue with your Fidusproduct please contact us with support@fidususa.com and we’ll respond to your inquiry within 48 hours.

The total liability of Fidus for any loss or damage, whether based on contract, warranty, negligence or otherwise, shall not exceed the purchase price of the Fidusproduct. In no event shall Fidus be liable for consequential, incidental or special damages of any kind. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
